Spring 2007
Our dancers competed in Cleveland on March 9-11 at the Dance Masters of Ohio Performing Arts Competition. We are very pleased that the Performing Arts Company came away with many of the top overall awards. We would like to congratulate all of the performers who competed.
The next week, the Performing Arts Company competed at the Amerinca Dance Awards in Dayton. The dancers performed extremely well and Straub came away with many top overall awards.
In late April, the Performing Arts Company competed at KAR in Columbus. The competition was a great tune-up for the upcoming national convention in July and the dancers performed extremely well. In fact, Straub Dance Center won the Top Elite Studio award at the competition.
The Spring Recital held at Veteran's Memorial on May 26 was a great experience. We always enjoy being able to share in the culmination of the hard work of all the students and share it with all of you.
